Access Vendor Management Mobile on your ServiceNow agent app

  • Install the ServiceNow agent app to enable the application on your mobile device. Scan the QR code or manually enter the address of your instance in the agent app to access your instance on the mobile device.

    Before you begin

    To enable you to manage and monitor vendor incidents, outages, and breached SLAs on your mobile app, your system administrator should have completed the following tasks:
    • On your ServiceNow desktop application instance, install Vendor Manager Workspace (sn_itsm_vendor) plugin.
    • On your ServiceNow desktop application instance, install the Vendor Management Mobile (sn_vendor_mobile) plugin.
    • Ensure that the application and all of its associated ServiceNow Store applications have valid ServiceNow entitlements. For more information, see Get entitlement for a ServiceNow product or application.

    Role required: sn_vlm.vendor_manager

    Procedure

    1. On your mobile device, install the ServiceNow Agent app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    2. Tap the Agent app icon on your mobile device.
    3. Enter the address for the instance.

      Scan the QR code Tap the QR code icon and then scan the QR code that was provided by your administrator.
    4. Tap Login.
    5. Tap the Vendors icon (vendor-mobile-icon) to open the Vendor Management Mobile landing page.
