Service Credits in Vendor Management Workspace
Track and manage the compensation that your vendors owe your organization when they breach the service agreement you have with them.
Using Service Credits, you can:
- Track the compensation for every breach the vendor has made to the service agreement.
- Analyze the cumulative effect of multiple breaches by the same vendor from one location.
- Determine the credits your vendors owe you based on the breach count or the duration of each breach.
- Mark off credits that you've redeemed, which automatically calculates the amount that the vendor has paid off and the remaining amount, if any, they might still owe your organization.
- Associate service agreement breaches based on an outage, incident, service availability, or for the vendor.
