    • Leave a ServiceNow Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge queue at any time by using the Now® Mobile app on your mobile device.

    Before you begin

    Role required: user

    Procedure

    1. On your mobile device, tap the Now® Mobile app icon (NOW mobile app icon).
    2. Navigate to My Items > My Tech Visits.
    3. Navigate to your Queue card using one of these options.
      TabNavigation
      My Items Tap My Tech Visits
      Services Tap the more options icon (More options icon.) > Visit a Tech Lounge > Visits
      Information Tap the headphones icon (Headphones icon.) > Visits
    4. Tap your visit card to open it.
    5. Tap Leave queue.
      You can also swipe your visit card and tap Leave queue.
