Schedule a single or multiple appointments to visit the walk-up lounge or the support
lounge. You can also get remote help.
Before you begin

Procedure

Launch the Employee Center service portal in your browser.

On the portal home page, select the IT topic from the
mega menu..

Select the link Walk-up: Plan your visit.
Alternatively, select Walk-up visits under the My
active items widget.

On the walk-up check-in page, either join the queue or schedule an appointment
for the future.

Select the Schedule an appointment tab.

Select a reason for your visit.

Click the calendar icon (
)
and select an available time slot.

Select the type of appointment.
Note: You can choose the type of appointment only if the location accepts both,
in-person and remote appointments.

Select Schedule appointment.
Note: You can also schedule multiple appointments based on the selected
location. When you reach the maximum appointment booking limit, a
message is displayed.
Result
A success message is displayed. The details of the
appointment are displayed under the Your upcoming appointments
section. You can also see your upcoming appointments under the My active items widget
on Employee Center home
page.
