Setting up the integration of Process Mining with Workforce Optimization for ITSM

Use default templates so that you can create process mining projects for your assignment groups to mine the data.

The Process Mining template for the Incident tables is available by default with the Default template type.

But you can create a new template with the Default template type on a new table. For more information, see Create Process Mining templates.

Note:

Workforce Optimization only mines the data for the Incident table. So, Workforce Optimization uses only the Incident table.
