Coaching Overview page

Monitor the progress of assessments and track learning tasks that are overdue. You can also add a coaching quality indicator to monitor trends. Analyze which skills have been assigned the most to your team recently and which top skills are in demand.

Access the Coaching Overview page

To open the dashboard:

• Navigate to, Workspaces > Manager Workspace.
• Select the Coaching icon .
• Select the Overview tab.

End user and roles

As a coach, you can analyze: The status of assessments for the past 30 days. Which learning tasks are past their due date for completion. Which skills you've assigned the most to your teams during the last 30 days. The trend for the top five skills that are in demand.	sn_coaching.coach

Data visualizations

Title	Type	Description
Learning and Competencies	Single score	The number of learning tasks that are in progress, overdue, due to be completed in the next 5 days, or have been completed in the last 30 days.
Assessments	Donut chart	Status of assessments for the past 30 days.
Average quality	Line chart	Trend in the average quality of coaching assessment in the last 30 days.
Skill demand trend	Bar chart	Trend for the top five skills that are in demand.
