TISC Data Archival
Data grows rapidly in tables with increased adoption of the platform. Some tables come within the base system with various data management policies, but other users are needed to implement them by themselves.
Data Management in TISC
Data is stored and managed in the TISC instance according to the TISC library objects structure for the administrators to view and configure as per their organization's need.
Data Archiving and restoring is one of the key functionality to protect the records for its future use. The following section describes the TISC archival process and records retention as Threat Intelligence contains huge volumes of data and records.
There are a couple of different ways that the users can manage their data in tables:
- Delete the data
- Archive the data
Note:
If the users don't adopt to any of the ways to manage their data then the usage goes up over time and the data tends to get much larger which will have a large impact on the application instance performance and as well as the
storage.
