Check in a document

  • Check in the document after you revise it so other users can check out the document.

    Before you begin

    Role required: document_management_admin

    or

    Role required: document_management_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the document record.
    2. Select the Upload/Check In Revision related link.
    3. Click Browse and navigate to the revised file.
    4. Click Open.
    5. Check the Name and Revision Number.
    6. Click OK.
