Insert an image in a knowledge article

Insert an image in a knowledge article using the HTML editor.

Before you begin

Role required: user with contribute access

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Knowledge > Articles > All.
2. Select a knowledge article.
3. On the knowledge article form, in the Article body field, place the cursor where you want to insert an image.
4. On the HTML editor toolbar, select the Insert/edit image icon ().
5. On the Insert/Edit Image dialog box, select the Upload icon ().
6. Select an image.
7. Select Open.
8. Select Save.

Result

The image is included in the knowledge article.
