Request an exception on policies that are dynamically mapped to conditions.
Before you begin
You need to have the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application installed to have the Request Exception button to show up on the mappings list. If you don't have the GRC application, see the Download a GRC application from the
ServiceNow Store for the first
time topic.
Role required: sn_pace.admin, sn_pace.mapping_admin, or sn_pace.execution_reader
Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the check box of the mapped policy you want to request an exception for.

Click Request exception.

In the Request policy exception form, fill in the fields.

Select the date when this exception is submitted. |
