Enable notifications in Now Mobile

    • Allow push notifications on your mobile device when there is an update for a request.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Tap Notifications in the navigation bar.
    2. Tap the Enable notifications radio button.
      You will receive a notification in any of the following scenarios.
      • Request Completed (one RITM)
      • Request Completed (multiple RITM)
      • Request not Processed
      • Approval Record Assigned - RITM
      • Approval Record Assigned - Request
      • Request Rejected
      • Agent adds comment to Requested Item
