[Table 2. Data mapping for Microsoft Intune]

{#cmdb-integration-intune__table_udz_pgq_1bc}

Starting with the Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune 2.7.0 version, the SG-Intune Device Reports and SG-Intune Software Reports advanced data sources are not available by default. To use these advanced data sources, you must select the
Advanced data sources option while configuring the connection using SGC Central. See [Configure Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune using SGC Central](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/nTRTDonQ6fpZ_dJ2zZ7k_A "Use the playbook available with the SGC Central application to set up the Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune for pulling in Microsoft Intune data into the CMDB.").

Configure the SG-Intune Device Reports and SG-Intune Software Reports advanced data sources for faster data import, better performance, and inclusion of software publisher details. Compared to the
regular data sources (SG-Intune Computer, SG-Intune Devices, and SG-Intune Software), the advanced data sources help resolve server errors and performance issues caused by having a large number of Microsoft Intune devices.

For more information, see [Service Graph Connector For Microsoft Intune - Advanced (Configure advanced Data sources) \[KB1641546\]](https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1641546).
Note:
The SG-Intune Device Reports advanced data source is an alternative to the SG-Intune Computer and SG-Intune Devices regular data sources. The SG-Intune Software Reports advanced data source is an alternative to the SG-Intune Software data source. The data imported by the advanced data sources is similar to the data imported by the corresponding regular data sources.

After you complete setting up the connection, you can configure the integration to periodically pull data from the Microsoft Intune application.
Note:
* For any discovered software applications that were deleted later in the Microsoft Intune application, the Service Graph Connector automatically deletes the corresponding records in CMDB.
* To view more details about a handheld computing device or computer in the Computer \[cmdb_ci_computer\] class, enable the related lists SG-Intune Device Related and SG-Intune Computer Related.You can add these related
  lists by configuring the Related Lists view on the form that opens when you select a handheld computing device or computer configuration item (CI) in the Computer \[cmdb_ci_computer\] class. Computer CIs are displayed in
  the Computers list, accessed by navigating to AllConfigurationBase ItemsComputers. For more information about adding related lists to a form, see [Configuring the form layout](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=configure-form-layout&version=brazil&pubname=brazil-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).

{#cmdb-integration-intune__ul_u2p_vvk_2xb}

For more information on where data is saved when pulling data from a Microsoft Intune application, see [CMDB classes targeted in Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/K3aUl9q1zOmS~BEtlxDXLw "When you complete setting up the connection, you can configure the integration to periodically pull data from Microsoft Intune. The data from the regular data sources (SG-Intune Computer, SG-Intune Devices, and SG-Intune Software) and the advanced data sources (SG-Intune Device Reports and SG-Intune Software Reports) is saved in tables that extend from the Configuration item [cmdb_ci] table.").

You can use the IntegrationHub ETL app to view the data maps. See [IntegrationHub ETL](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/MvUnD_GHFcty25xoT_q32Q "Use the IntegrationHub ETL store app to create and manage ETL transform maps, which integrate third-party data into the CMDB or into non-CMDB tables without compromising the integrity of data. IntegrationHub ETL provides a simplified user interface that guides you through the integration process end-to-end, including a test integration run of sample data.") for more information.
