# Install Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) {#ariaid-title1}

install and activate Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) from ServiceNow® Store.

## Before you begin

The System Admin (admin) role is required to install the application.  
Make sure that you have installed and configured the following dependent applications:

* Now Assist for Platform (sn_genai_platform)
* Workplace Reservation Management
* Workplace Case Management
* Workplace Visitor Management
* Workplace Concierge

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to System DefinitionPlugins.  
   * For information about the plugin dependencies and plugin activation order, see [Application information](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/dwGMTw5xl_AlhYGQEgwRfA#now-assist-lsd-support-info__lsd-application-info).
   * For information about the installation process, see [Install Now Assist plugins](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=install-now-assist-feature-plugins&version=xanadu&pubname=xanadu-intelligent-experiences&ft:locale=en-US).

2. Select Sync now to synchronize the plugins page with your freshly entitled store application.
3. Search in the search bar for a Now Assist product.  
   Search for Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) (sn_wsd_gen_ai).
4. Install the plugin and return to your instance.  
   Note:  
   Installing Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) (sn_wsd_gen_ai) activates and installs the Now Assist for Platform (sn_genai_platform).
