Using AI agents in Now Assist for Health and Safety Incident Management
Use the Create actions for safety incidents agentic workflow to create one or more autonomous actions for Health and Safety incidents through the Now Assist panel.

To run the AI agents autonomously, duplicate the agentic workflow if needed and then do the following steps:
- Activate the agentic workflow. For more information, see Activate an agentic workflow template.
- Activate the trigger to invoke the agentic workflow automatically.
