From a single console, you have the following ability: Activate or update the necessary plugins. Modify configuration settings. Analyze data for all the KPI categories opted. Manage KPIs for all the categories. Access ServiceNow help.
Xanadu	Benchmark KPIs The new Self-solved using AI search QnA and Self-solved using Proactive Engagement for DeX KPIs added to the self-solved deflections are benchmarked for all the cohorts. These new contributing indicators help organizations track the self-solved deflection.

Washington DC	Benchmarks is a ServiceNow AI Platform feature that is active by default. The new Benchmarks dashboard is automatically installed with Washington DC and is available from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
