You must have the Operational Technology Incident Management application (version 2.0.2) installed and configured, so that you can configure Operational Technology Knowledge Management. No additional plugins are needed. Install Operational Technology Incident Management by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
