Washington DC	Create resource card Create, navigate, and work on resource assignments among your custom persistent portfolios by creating resource cards. Filter unassigned tasks Efficiently work on resource assignments for priority items by filtering unassigned tasks. New iconography to view resource allocations and heatmap modals Get a high-level view of over-allocated resources using the resource allocation imbalance icon (). Identify the resources allocated within the available bandwidth with the resource allocations icon (). View the list of assigned tasks and allocations details for a resource using the heatmap modal. Reassign or unassign the assigned work Reassign or unassign resource allocations using the row context menu. Drag and drop the work assignments among the users with same planning attributes to reassign work. Export the resource portfolio view Export the resource card view as a CSV or Microsoft Excel and share them with relevant stakeholders, even if they don’t have access to your instance. Edit resource assignments using the inline editing feature Edit resource allocations using the inline editing feature in the top tray for the resource assignments which do not have actuals captured.
Xanadu	Resource Management Workspace View updates to any approved task by using the new iconography. Use the Group By feature to group resources on a board. Create a resource card in Resource Management Workspace Create resource cards in Resource Management Workspace to filter and view resources by primary attributes or project item of work. Use the Unassigned tasks toggle to create a custom filter and view the unassigned tasks in the bottom tray. Create resource assignments and operation resource assignments in Resource Management Workspace Resource Managers and Project Managers can directly create resource assignments and operational resource assignments from the resource board view to allocate, and approve the efforts. Manage unassigned and assigned tasks Assign the unassigned tasks from the bottom tray and approve the assigned tasks from the top tray. Split resource a assignment, Reassign or unassign the assigned tasks Split a resource assignment to create a duplicate assignment from a specific date. Resource managers can assign this split work to other resources with the same primary attributes. Reassign the assigned tasks from the primary resource to another resource who has the same primary attributes to manage the primary resource's work load, resource time offs, or to allocate operational work.

Create a resource board by filtering tasks to view assigned resources and manage their allocations based on the priority of the work. Split an assigned resource assignment to divide and assign the work to another resource to handle resource allocations.
