# Using the More icon in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management

# Using the More icon in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management {#ariaid-title1}

You can use the ![More icon]() more icon from Agent Workspace for HR Case Management to perform many duties related to
working on an HR case.

More icon is displayed at the top right corner of the Details tab when working on a case.

From here, you can:

* Associate interaction: Associate the displayed case with an interaction. For more information, see [Using interactions in HR Service Delivery Agent Workspace](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/VcsJyV~KO3qIPq8L_oZU4w#agent-ws-hr-interactions "Use interaction records to create an HR case or reference employee information to decide to create a case or request from different types of employee communications.").
* Compose Email: Send an email from an HR case. The New Email Draft tab opens to compose and send the email. The To field is automatically updated with the Subject person's email ID. Agent can retain the email or add a new email. For more information, see [Sending an email in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/j2dObDb0J1jgyP5mze4SaA "Send any communication related to HR cases with attached documents using the Send email feature. Minimise typing errors by auto-populating the email address of the subject person (of the case) in the email.").
* Set reminder: Create a reminder to ensure followup by a specific date. For more information, see [Create a reminder in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/Cm3pNnfvvAESZaIFLqtlcQ "You can create reminders from an HR case or task to receive an intimation which will allow you to follow up by a specific date. Reminders enable timely communication and make sure that the actions are taken.").
* Create additional case: Create another HR case without leaving the case you are viewing or working on. For more information, see [Creating a case from an HR case](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/3BWU7p8UdDyMDIb2yPaEUQ "Create additional cases directly from the HR case you are working on in the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.").
* Add task: Add an HR task to the case. For more information, see [Create a task for a case using Agent Workspace for HR Case Management](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/jN5o1RljWCuJEfnSznw9nw "Choose a task type when creating a task within a case. When assigning the task to an employee on Employee Center, you can also request how the employee acknowledges completion of that task.").
* Transfer case: Reclassify a case for another HR service. For more information, see [Transfer a case in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/DLNd97~P_MQiH8P0npMWLw "Many cases are created as a General Inquiry case. After researching the employee's needs, you can transfer an existing case to a different HR service.").
* Escalate case: Assign important cases to another tier or agent with more expertise. * Delete: Delete the case you are working on.
