Configure the Employee Profile header to display useful information about employees, such as their first name, family name, and department. The header enables you to identify the employee quickly.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_employee.admin

## About this task

You can configure the Employee Profile header fields to be displayed for all employees. You can configure the following header fields:

* Primary user info including first name and family name and its format.
* Secondary user info such as title, contact number, and preferred pronoun.
* User presence information to show the user status across channels like MS Teams.
