Create or place content into a bundle or stage for a campaign using Content
Experience Builder. The Content library holds existing content and is organized by content
type.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ca.campaign_manager

Complete the steps to [Create a campaign](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/HQ4Fk8sgPlWXGs1FHU879Q "Create a campaign to push communications and important information to your employees.") and [Create campaign stages with Content Experience Builder](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/gj7l_vhIoYI_pRPEYgcvcg "Use the Content Experience Builder to create stages for your campaign on Employee Center Pro. Campaign stages control when content is available to your employees and for how long. The Content Experience Builder provides a simple, single-page view for managing content and assembling your campaign.")

## About this task

You can add content to the campaign from the Content Library or create new content using the Content Experience Builder.
Note:
You must create rich content in the Content Library Rich Content Editor, since the Content Experience Builder does not currently support rich content creation. See [Rich Content Editor](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/pmuiEHaTum3vs0nQSqSiCg "Rich Content Editor enables content managers and admins to create HTML-based content for the Employee Center Pro topic and portal pages using a visual drag-and-drop interface.")

## Procedure

To open a campaign in the Content Experience Builder do steps 1 and 2. If you have already opened the campaign in the Content Experience Builder, proceed to step 3.

1. Navigate to AllContent ExperiencesContent Experience Builder.
2. Select the campaign and click the Schedule of content tab or click Next.
3. To create new content or select content from the Content library, click the accordion icon (![accordion icon]()) next to a content type.
   A list of existing content appears. You can drag-and-drop the content into a stage.

   You can use the Filter field to search for content by title (for example "Travel policy update") or content type (such as Mobile or Portal content).
   Click Create new to create new content. For more information on the New Content form fields, refer to the links in the table below:{#ecpro-campaigns-manage-content-builder__table_fgf_s5m_tkb__entry__2}
