## Parental Leave of Absence Request {#jd-va-topic__section_owl_z3x_fbc}

The Parental Leave of Absence Request Virtual Agent topic enables you to apply for a parental leave from Employee Center. From Employee Center, open a chat window and type in words such as, parental leave. After you have provided the required details, such as start date and end date, supporting documents if any, a case is created for the HR
team to review.

## Create JA task {#jd-va-topic__section_g4c_sjx_fbc}

The Create JA task Virtual Agent topic enables you to create a JA task for any journey (if any JA plan is associated with that journey). This means that Journey Accelerator is one of the sources for that journey and the Create JA task Virtual Agent topic supports creation of JA task from the available templates only and not from scratch.
Note:
The Create JA task Virtual Agent topic will be available only if the current logged in user has any journey(s) that have a JA plan associated. This means that Journey Accelerator is one of the sources for that journey and current logged in user should be a manager or a mentor for that journey with edit access.

From Employee Center, open a chat window and type in words such as, create JA task. After you have provided the required details (such as journey to which you want to add the JA task, stage at which you want to add the
JA task, template for the JA task, due date for the task) the JA task is created. You can view the created task by navigating to the provided link in the topic flow.
