    Field Description
    Aspiration type Select for a list of aspirations available in your organization. Administrators create different Aspiration types. Here are some examples of types of aspirations.
    • General
    • Interest
    • Position
    • Skill
    Comments Comments can be added by you, or people you share your aspiration with.
    Details Details of the aspiration can help to keep you on track with the goals you have for the aspiration.
    Employee The employee profile number of the employee who created the aspiration.
    Name A descriptive name of your aspiration.
    Shared with Select from the list of people in your organization with who you can share your aspiration.
    State Use the state to track the stages of your aspiration.

    • In Progress
    • Completed
    • Archived
    Timeframe A general guiding time within which you plan to complete your aspiration.
    • Within the next six months
    • Within the next year
    • Within the next several years
