## Talent Feedback overview {#exploring-talent-feedback__cf-exploring-parent-overview}

Talent Feedback is a plugin that allows managers to view feedback and request feedback from employees. Skill feedback is one of the features supported in Talent Feedback.

| Managers | * Managers can request skill feedback for their team members on required skills, from the employee's collaborators. * Managers can view skill feedback of an employee consolidated in one page. * Managers can view all the feedback received for a skill along with skill activities, during skill validation -- This helps them get a full-fledged view of an employee's proficiency. * Managers can also view the status of requests sent and choose to withdraw them when needed. {#exploring-talent-feedback__ul_fnx_zh3_cfc} |
| Employees | Employees receive feedback requests sent to them in their Employee Center To-dos, where they can provide feedback and skill rating for one or more skills in the request. |
