# Request skill feedback from skill expectations

# Request skill feedback from skill expectations {#ariaid-title1}

You can request skill feedback from the skill expectations widget on the Skills tab in Employee center.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. In Employee Center navigate to Your teamSkills.
2. On the skill expectations widget, select Score analysis of the employee you want to request feedback from.
3. On the skill score analysis fly out, click ![View menu icon]() on any skill pill and select Request skill feedback.
4. On the Request skill feedback form, fill in the information.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Skills | Skills that you want to request feedback for. Note: Since this feedback was requested from a skill pill, this field is pre-populated from the skill selected. |
   | Request feedback from | Employee from whom you are requesting the feedback. |
   | Feedback due by | Option to set the date by when the feedback is due. |
   | Notes | This is an optional entry for you to add any other information that you'd like to add as a note to the feedback provider. |

5. Select Send request.
