Using Talent Feedback you can request feedback for one or more skills from your employees.
Role required: admin  
There's more than one way you can request skill feedback on Talent Feedback. You can choose from one of the following ways to request feedback, based on the existing information.

* [Request skill feedback](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/aHKLDhex4FsDCVQqy2g~6w "You can request skill feedback from the skill feedback requests sent widget when there no existing feedback requests sent.") - When there are no existing feedback requests, use the Request feedback option on the Skill feedback requests sent widget.
