Use the Furniture request form to create a furniture request or order equipment for your workplace.

| Fields | Description |
|-|-|
| Requested for | Name of the requester. If a workplace profile is defined for the requester, then the Building, Floor, and the Space fields are automatically filled. |
| Urgency | The Urgency of the furniture request. |
| Date and time requested by | Date and time requested for the service. |
| Impact | The Impact of the furniture request. |
| Find the space on a floor map | Option to select a space directly on the floor map. If employees have a permanent assignment in their workplace profile, the employee names are displayed on the map for a selected space. | Building | Building that has the space for the requested furniture. |
| Floor | Floor that has the space for the requested furniture. |
| Space | Space for the requested furniture. |
