The Policy Acknowledgement dashboard gives you the acknowledgement status of the policies such as the count of policy acknowledgements that have been accepted, declined, pending, past the due date of acknowledgement, exemptions
requested, and those that are exempted.  
Important:  
Starting with version 18.1.1 of the Policy and Compliance Management application, the Policy Acknowledgement dashboard is available in the Next Experience UI Framework.

If you are on Vancouver or Washington DC, you can view the dashboard in the Next Experience UI Framework.

## Required ServiceNow AI Platform roles {#policy-ack-db-pc__section_l4z_ldm_2bc}

* Compliance reader (sn_compliance.reader), needed to view the policy acknowledgement widgets.
* Compliance administrator (sn_compliance.admin), needed to edit the dashboard.

## Access the Policy Acknowledgement dashboard {#policy-ack-db-pc__section_n4z_ldm_2bc}

To open the dashboard, navigate to AllPolicy and CompliancePolicy AcknowledgementAnalytics Overview.
