Assign a processing activity to the defined key stakeholders for the stakeholders to
start working on the processing activity.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_privacy.analyst

## About this task

You can assign a processing activity to a key stakeholder when the processing
activity is in the Discover state. After the key stakeholder
updates the processing activity, they can assign the processing activity back to the
privacy team.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllPrivacy ManagementPrivacy WorkspaceListProcessing activitiesUnassigned processing activities.
2. Select the processing activity that you want to assign to a key stakeholder.
3. Select Assign to key stakeholder.
4. In the Assign to key stakeholder window, select a stakeholder.
5. Select Assign.

## Result

The processing activity is assigned to the key stakeholder. The processing activity
is available for review and update in the Employee Center under GRC tasks.
