Submit a privacy request using the external-facing Personal Data Rights (PDR) form. After submitting, verify your email address using a six-digit code. On successful verification, your request is processed and you receive an
acknowledgment email with your PDR case number.

This form is embedded into an organization's website and is publicly available to customers, ex-employees, and third-party Individuals.
Procedure

Navigate to the Personal Data Rights (PDR) request form on your organization’s site.

In the Country field, select your country of residence.

If applicable, select your State or region.
The form automatically displays the privacy rights available for your jurisdiction.

In the "I am a" field, choose your relationship to the organization (for example, customer or ex-employee).

In the Request Type field, select the privacy right you wish to exercise (for example, Right to Opt-Out, Right to Correct, Right to Delete, Right to Know).

Provide a detailed Request Description to clarify your request, and select Next.

In the Requester details page, provide contact information:

Enter your first name.

Enter your last name.

Enter the email address.

Enter phone number.

Select Next.

Review the information you've provided, and select Continue.
A six-digit verification code is sent to your email address.

Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email address and select Submit.
On successful OTP validation, your privacy request is submitted for processing.You will receive an acknowledgment email containing your PDR case number and confirmation that your request has been received. The
privacy team will review your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable privacy laws.
Note:
- If the verification code is entered incorrectly or not provided, your request will not be processed. For security reasons, you cannot retry the verification code again on the same submission.
- You must start a new request if verification fails. This approach helps protect your data and the organization’s systems from unauthorized or repeated attempts.
