You can combine multiple assessments assigned to you into a single, streamlined view, enabling you to submit or reassign them all at once. You can also copy your response from one assessment and apply it to the other
assessments. This feature enables you to work on all the assessments together more efficiently.
When you combine assessments, you can submit or reassign them in bulk, streamlining your workflow. To further simplify the process, you can enable the auto-copy feature. This feature automatically replicates your responses across all
applicable assessments, eliminating the need for manual entry. The auto-copy feature is available when all combined assessments originate from the same template. If the assessments are based on different templates, the auto-copy feature
remains inactive and cannot be enabled.

You can answer questions in any assessment within the combined group, and the corresponding questions in
other assessments are updated with the response. The attachments and comments in the side panel remain specific to each individual assessment.

When you select multiple assessments, the number of selected assessments appears on the Combine button. After combining the assessments, a new assessment opens. From that assessment, you can see how many
assessments have been combined by viewing both the header of the assessment and the Submit all button.

## Benefits of combining assessments {#combine-assessments__section_rsx_b2s_zgc}

Combining assessments in Smart Assessment Engine enables multiple benefits to assessment responders such as:

* Unified experience for the responders, allowing them to answer multiple assessments from the same or different templates within a single interface, which eliminates the need to open and respond to each assessment separately.
* Users retain context across related questions, making it easier to compare and contrast information from different templates.
* By consolidating fragmented and repetitive assessment requests, combined assessments help prevent cognitive overload for assessors, making the process smoother and less stressful.
* Submission and auditability of combined assessments remain consistent with existing procedures, ensuring changes are traceable and compliance with audit requirements is maintained.

You can also configure your responses to replicate automatically across all applicable assessments so you don't need to fill them in manually.").
