# Acknowledge enterprise assets in the recall order

# Acknowledge enterprise assets in the recall order {#ariaid-title1}

Review and confirm the enterprise assets included in the recall order to proceed with the recall process.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_eam.enterprise_asset_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesEnterprise Asset WorkspaceInventory.
2. Select the Recall orders tab.
3. Select the recall order that you want to acknowledge.
4. Select Acknowledge Recall.  
   The Acknowledge Recall button is available with Enterprise Asset Management version 9.0 and later.  
   An Acknowledge task in the Open state is created and listed under the Recall Tasks tab.
5. Select the acknowledge task.
6. Verify the recall order details and assets listed under the Recall Assets tab.
7. Select Close task.

## Result

* The State of the Acknowledge task changes from Open to Closed Complete.
* The Stage of the recall order changes to Acknowledged.
* The Begin recall process button appears.

Select Begin recall process to proceed with the recall process for the specified enterprise assets.
