Add comments and attachments to your portfolio plan so that users can review and
share their feedback. Collaborate with stakeholders and drive shared outcomes.

## Before you begin

[Create a portfolio plan in Strategic Planning](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/ZyFs1fC69fxkrUbxLKe_LQ "Use lens and build a personalized portfolio plan in Strategic Planning Workspace so that you can start to prioritize and align work.").

Role required: sn_align_core.apw_user or business_stakeholder

## About this task

Comment on plans and data points, share attachments, and provide feedback from a
single place in the workspace to ensure all the stakeholders are in alignment with
the business priorities.

The attachments and comments that you add from the portfolio plan's header, they
apply to the entire portfolio plan (Goals, Prioritization, and Roadmap).

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesStrategic Planning WorkspacePortfolio Planning.
2. From the list of portfolio plans, select one.
3. From the portfolio plan header in the Planning page, select the Comments icon (![Comments icon.]()).
4. Add comments or attachments to the portfolio plan.

   | Choice | Action |
   | Attachments | In the Attachments tab, select Browse and upload a file. |
   | Comments | In the Comments tab, add notes or comments and select Post Work notes. If you want to address your comments to a specific user, @-mention their name in the comment directly. |
