Explore the interface to understand how an operator can prioritize tasks and offer solutions.

## Access Service Operations Workspace {#service-operations-workspace-ui-itom__section_gfy_gdn_nsb}

Open the workspace by navigating to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.

## Home page {#service-operations-workspace-ui-itom__section_ugf_ycn_nsb}

To access information on the Home page, select the home icon (![Home icon]()).

The home page provides operators with a comprehensive snapshot of the current operational landscape. The Overview section presents vital insights, including alerts assigned to the operator, team-based alerts, unassigned team
alerts, monitored services, and open alerts. This Alerts Assigned to You section furnishes operators with specific details regarding alerts tailored to their responsibilities. Information includes the alert number, initial event
generation time, description, priority group, severity, source, group, configuration item, state, node, metric name, and last updated timestamp. Both sections streamline operations by offering operators a concise overview and
personalized insights into alerts relevant to their responsibilities, facilitating swift prioritization and proactive resolution of critical issues.

To access information on alerts from List, select the List icon (![List icon]()).

The Lists tab displays predefined lists, while the My Lists tab allows users to create and customize their own lists for personalized task management. For detailed instructions on

Access detailed information for any alert by selecting its alert number to open the record.

Express List offers quick alert information for efficient monitoring, resolution, impact evaluation, tracking, and incident reporting.

To access information on express list, select the Express List icon (![Express List icon]()).

## Integrations Launchpad {#service-operations-workspace-ui-itom__section_ugy_xf2_qbc}

The Integrations Launchpad consolidates events, metrics, and logs from your infrastructure, providing insights into a unified system.

To access information on Integrations Launchpad, select the Integrations Launchpad icon (![Integration Launchpad icon]()).

Automations streamline processes, enabling timely responses to potential issues by ignoring, enriching, grouping, and responding to alerts. They reduce manual intervention, lower the risk of errors, and free up IT teams to focus
on strategic tasks, boosting system reliability and customer satisfaction.

To access information on automations, select the alert automations icon (![Alert automations icon.]()).

## AIOps Dashboards {#service-operations-workspace-ui-itom__section_znv_wf2_qbc}

The AIOps dashboards offer comprehensive visualizations of critical operational data. You can monitor KPIs, track service health, and gain valuable context on the IT environment, enabling proactive responses to issues.
