Activate or deactivate metric rules

Activate or deactivate metric rules to streamline monitoring and adapt to changing needs, enhancing operational efficiency.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_dex.admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon ().
3. Select Configure on the Metric rules card.
   The list of metric rules appears.
4. On the Update metric rule page, select Name the rule.
5. Under Rule status, use the Active slider () to enable the rule.

   If you want to deactivate an active metric rule, simply slide the toggle switch to the off position.

6. Select Update.
