View Desktop Assistant usage metrics

    • Access the end user's Desktop Assistant usage metrics with your DEX admin role.

    Before you begin

    Confirm that the DEX plugin (sn_dex) is installed.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon (The DEX Administration icon.).
    3. Under Desktop Assistant, select Usage metrics.
      You can view the Desktop Assistant users who are logged in, their connection status, and the Desktop Assistant versions.
