Create a template by saving a form

    • Save a populated form as a template.

    Before you begin

    Toggle the template bar so it is visible on forms.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to a form.
    2. Complete the form as it should appear when a user applies the template.
    3. In the template bar, click the plus icon (+).

    4. Enter a descriptive name to make it easy for a user to select the correct template.
    5. Make any additional changes as needed.
    6. Click Save.
