Content pages are the core of the Content Management System. A content page is a web
page that displays blocks of content.

Pages
are built from content blocks and organized into sites. Pages display as regular webpages that
are rendered in HTML. Constructing a content page requires a basic knowledge of HTML. Content
pages are formed by arranging content blocks in predefined layouts. They can be used to present
login pages, search pages, or ServiceNow
content.{#c_ContentPages__p_e4y_v44_2r}
* **[Create a content page](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/q1TDqK2dga0B6DQ5zLq27Q)**
  Pages are built from content blocks and organized into sites.
* **[Add content to a page](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/pGgPE3AuDzGQK5CgIj4bcA)**
  After you define the page settings, set the content of the page by adding content blocks. Setting content blocks is similar to how you add content to homepages.
* **[Copy a page](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/hw9ZdrimmxMCtv47DfMmAA)**
  Copying pages is an efficient way to avoid duplicating the same work and to create pages quickly from a guiding base template.
* **[Assign a page to a site](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/H9bmmUQXCSP6kEwbuncaCw)**
  If you have created multiple sites, you can add pages from one site to another site.
* **[Add a page to an application](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/v2NrgPTyNT41ybjBbR4pJQ)**
  Homepages and content pages are not added automatically to update sets and applications. They must be manually added.
* **[Configure a private UI page for CMS links](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/fkQsM3fCyXXwtZvTcBZl9Q)**
  With single sign-on (SSO) in place, you can generate email links that take users directly to tickets and applications through the CMS interface.
