Capture change requests for orders and order line items with Order Exceptions Case Management for Manufacturing Commercial Operations. Manage and track the progress by creating case tasks for other team members or assign case lines to other agents effectively.
- Enable manufacturers, customers, suppliers, channels, and partners to connect and track services directly between instances without configuring and maintaining custom integrations. Service Exchange for Manufacturing Commercial Operations was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.
- Enable Service Exchange for Manufacturing Commercial Operations to help with the following tasks:
- Enables manufacturers to adopt new features, publish product offerings, and provide uninterrupted service to their customers who haven’t upgraded.
- Assesses entitlements for compatibility before synchronizing them to customers, suppliers, channels, and partners.
- Supports automated synchronization of configuration data between manufacturers and customer instances. Enables customers, suppliers, channels, and partners to run specific processes before synchronizing tasks with their manufacturers.
