Create document reference from References

  • Link document references to any record directly from the References list. You can easily see all documents linked to tables and target records.

    About this task

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Documents > Documents > References.
    2. Select New.
    3. Select the document.
    4. In the Target Record field, select the Lookup documents using list icon Lookup documents using list icon.
    5. In the Select the document dialog box, for the Table name field, select the table for the record you want to link the document to.
    6. In the Document field, select the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon) and select the record to which you are linking the document.
    7. Select OK.
    8. Select Submit.
