Install Conversational IVR with Amazon Connect application, to use
interactive voice response (IVR) with Virtual Agent.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin  
Note:  
Before installing Conversational IVR with Amazon Connect, ensure that you have installed the Glide Virtual Agent (com.glide.cs.custom.adapter) plugin in your ServiceNow instance.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllConversational InterfacesSettings.
2. Select Virtual Agent on the left pane and navigate to Add virtual agent to your contact center.
3. Click Install.  
   You are directed to the ServiceNow Store where you can search and get the Conversational IVR with Amazon Connect application to use IVR.
