The Community Service Portal is a web interface that is based on the ServiceNow Service
Portal application.

The Community Service Portal is designed to allow you to have control over the behavior of your
portal and help create an attractive and engaging user experience.

To customize this portal, navigate to Service PortalPortals and click Community.
