Configure the Account and Consumer forms for B2B2C

  • Enable account consumers to view the Account Consumers related list for the Case and Workspace views.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Customer > Accounts and click an account.
    2. Add the Account Consumer>Account related list to the Account form for the Case and Workspace views.
      1. Select View > Case from the Additional actions menu Additional actions menu..
      2. Select Configure > Related Lists from the Additional actions menu Additional actions menu..
      3. Select Account Consumer>Account in the Available column and move it to the Selected column.
      4. Click Save.
      5. Select View > Workspace from the Additional actions menu Additional actions menu..
      6. Repeat steps 2b–2d.
    3. Navigate to Customer Service > Consumers and click a consumer.
    4. Add the Account Consumer>Account related list to the Consumer form for the Case and Workspace views.
      1. Select View > Case from the Additional actions menu Additional actions menu..
      2. Select Configure > Related Lists from the Additional actions menu Additional actions menu..
      3. Select Account Consumer>Account in the Available column and move it to the Selected column.
      4. Click Save.
      5. Select View > Workspace from the Additional actions menu Additional actions menu..
      6. Repeat steps 4b–4d.
