Vancouver	Enhanced ATF and instance scan testing capabilities in App Engine Management Center (AEMC Run your customized test suites as part of an application deployment in addition to the standard instance scan and ATF testing suites in AEMC. Schedule app deployments in AEMC When you approve an application deployment request to move an app through to your production instance, either deploy it immediately or schedule the deployment for a future time. Unique URLs for Workspace Builder dashboards Bookmark dashboards created in Workspace Builder now have unique URLs. Add oversight into the app development process with Change Management As of App Engine Management Center version 24.1.1, add an extra layer of oversight into your app development process by integrating existing Change Management processes with AEMC. Register applications as configuration items with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and AEMC As of App Engine Management Center version 24.1.1, register each new application as a configuration item by integrating an existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) program with AEMC. Understand licensing and subscription implications during app development with new licensing data in AEMC As of AEMC version 24.1.1, use new licensing data to gain visibility into the licensing and subscription implications for roles in each application you create.
Washington DC	Create applications with Now Assist Accelerate application development through a natural conversation with generative AI. Create tables, roles, and record producers that define your application to quickly reach a starting point for further building. Quickly add required roles for Workspace Builder Quickly access and define security for workspaces that don't have an access control list (ACL) through a new modal. The new Add user roles to continue modal enables you to add roles and automatically create an ACL. You can then edit the roles in the User access field of the workspace settings. Added support for Creator Studio groups and roles in AEMC As an admin, track and manage users who have Creator Studio permissions when you use AEMC. Added support for collaboration requests from Creator Studio in AEMC As an admin, view and approve or reject Creator Studio user requests to collaborate on an app when you use AEMC. Added support for new Creator Studio app requests in AEMC As an admin, view and approve or reject new app requests from Creator Studio restricted users in AEMC.
Xanadu	Add users to one or more user groups When viewing an intake request in AEMC, add a user to one or more AES and Creator Studio user groups. Manage user groups for Application Intake Manage which AES and Creator Studio user groups are active in your instance by updating records on the User Groups Permission Types [sn_app_intake_permission_type] table. Test AEMC on a non-production instance Test AEMC on a non-production instance to ensure everything works as expected before moving to your production instance. Open applications in ServiceNow Studio As of Xanadu Store Release 2, open an application in ServiceNow Studio directly from a banner link in App Engine Studio to explore the more advanced application development environment ServiceNow Studio offers.

Vancouver	Enhanced search for Workspace Builder Get faster, more intuitive search results in Workspace Builder by enabling AI Search for a workspace. Select multiple facet values simultaneously and apply the selected value using condition builder. Open search results in a new tab. Support for dark mode. View parent documents with linked attachments, which you can download. View the number of search results per tab. Find tables faster in Workspace Builder When you search for tables in a workspace built using the AES wizard, the ServiceNow AI Platform lists more legible names and descriptions for the tables. It also organizes the available tables into two sections: tables that are already in your app, and all tables outside the app scope. Improved performance when using AES As of release 24.1.2, the load times for AES and its apps have been reduced, enabling you to build apps faster. Find tables faster when creating email notifications As of release 24.1.2, when you search for tables when creating an email notification in AES, the ServiceNow AI Platform lists recommended tables. It also organizes the available tables into three sections: tables that are already in your app, recommended tables, and all tables outside the app scope. Updated Analytics Center for Workspace Builder Current, refreshed content is displayed in the Analytics Center in Workspace Builder. More information is included on the cards for Analytics Center, such as actionable items. Updated theme for all email notifications in some AES predefined templates The branding, layout, and color themes for all email notifications in the Time off and Cost approval AES templates was updated. Improved performance across all predefined templates in AES Performance improvements have been made for all AES templates. Use OAuth credentials in your pipelines The OAuth credential type is supported for creating pipeline credential records beginning with the Rome release.
Washington DC	Expanded user role access To access App Engine Studio, you must have either an App Engine Studio User role or a Delegated Developer role for an app accessible in App Engine Studio.

Vancouver	Support for Forced Colors in Workspace Builder The Analytics Center and dashboards in Workspace Builder now support Forced Colors, a mechanism that is most commonly activated through an operating system setting for Forced Colors/High Contrast Themes. This enhancement enables users to customize the colors of their user interface and web content to meet their individual visual needs. For example, users with low vision might enable Forced Colors to help them successfully view the user interface. Improved keyboard navigation in Workspace Builder As of release 24.1.2, you can use the keyboard to do the following: Drag and drop components and ribbon components in the contextual side panel to rearrange them, as well as selected tables in the workspace settings record navigation. Tab through items in the navigation panel, such as Home and List, with improved screen reader support.

As of App Engine Management Center version 24.1.1, integrate existing Change Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) programs with AEMC. Washington DC	As of AES version 25.2, use generative AI to create apps from text prompts. Add missing roles for workspaces with a new modal in Workspace Builder. Take advantage of a standardized builder theme for AES and Workspace Builder. Xanadu	Give users permission to work in AES or Creator Studio by assigning roles during the intake request review process in AEMC. Govern which AES and Creator Studio groups show as active by managing records on the User Group Permission Types [sn_app_intake_permission_type] table. Test AEMC on a non-production instance to ensure everything works as expected before moving to production.
