Document review and approval in Document Management Send documents for review and approval, receive automated notifications for document review and approval, and track the review and approval workflow for publishing documents. Google Drive integration with Document Services Integrate with Google Drive for file and folder storage and collaboration.
Washington DC	Digital signing for documents Define document templates and signing workflows for digital signing using smart cards. Generate and send auto-filled documents to be signed by different participants.
Xanadu	Document Management integration with external content provider Collaborate on documents in Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, or Google Drive. Redaction of sensitive data Redact sensitive information within a document for configurable workspaces.

Microsoft SharePoint integration with Document Services Integrate with Microsoft SharePoint to create, update, and collaborate on documents within the platform.
Xanadu	Google Docs files on Google Drive Manage Google Docs files on Google Drive using Multi Provider Document Services Framework. Document viewer support for hyperlinks, attachments, and digital signature Document Viewer now supports using hyperlinks, downloading of PDF attachments, and viewing of digital signatures. Accessibility feature for DOCX to PDF conversion Accessibility support added for DOCX to PDF conversion. PDF accessibility tags are now available to help non-sighted users who rely on screen readers to navigate, understand, and interact with converted PDF documents.

Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Washington DC	Updated Document Viewer to match programmatic labels to visual labels. This enhancement provides improved support for ZoomText (a type of magnification software) and other types of Assistive Technology (for example, screen readers). Updated to programmatically inform Assistive Technology users when an invalid page number is entered in the Page Number input field. Added a tooltip for the Page Number input field in Document Viewer. Both a visual label and programmatic label are provided to users.
Xanadu	Accessibility support has been added for document conversion from DOCX to PDF. PDF accessibility tags are now available to help users who rely on screen readers to navigate, understand, and interact with converted PDF documents.
