Vancouver	Automatically detect process improvement opportunities Start improving your process early by analyzing automated findings that detect rework, additional steps, and bouncing records across the entire project. Summary and Insights page enhancements Easily navigate through and filter the Summary and Insights page to view improvement opportunities related to types, impacted KPIs, and so on. Process Mining component for dashboard builder See the performance of the process and identify rework in the process by adding an interactive process model into your dashboard via a drag-and-drop interface. Mining engine enhancements The mining engine has been enhanced with specific capabilities to support new, in-depth use cases. Select activity definition values that enable you to view only specific activities in the graph. If no audit is available, define an activity definition on the glide_date_time table/record field to support use cases like SLA breach analysis. When defining a multi-dimensional model, add an Attached node for a child record on the primary record to more easily see in the graph where the child record is attached to the parent. Projects can be shared with roles Share Process Mining projects with roles rather than only with users and groups. Findings associated with the process configuration can be imported into each project Import active process findings as templates into the associated project. If you do not import the process findings from a process, the findings are not used during project mining. Summary and Insights page displays findings details View details about findings on the Summary and Insights page and create a finding from this page. SPM Process Mining Content Pack made available The Strategic Portfolio Management Process Mining Content Pack provides a preconfigured Process Mining model that helps analysts and process owners understand the effectiveness of their demand processes and provides opportunities for performance improvement.
Washington DC	Introduced Project builder Create and view the project configuration through a comprehensive Project builder setup that divides the entire project configuration into well-defined sections and provides contextual information that acts as a guide. Create projects using templates similar to the goal or process you're analyzing to automatically add the basic details for you and make the process easier. New automated finding detectors introduced Note the following new automated finding detectors: Repeating patterns: Detects unnecessary repeating sequence of steps. Extreme duration: Identifies outliers to analyze records that fall outside the typical range of time to transition from one step to another. Extreme repetition: Identifies outliers to analyze records that fall outside the typical range of repetitions within the same step. Slow duration: Identifies situations where a cluster of records have similar durations and a higher average duration compared to other groups of records. This detector also offers a breakdown of the significance of the identified cluster, providing further insights into the root cause. Summary and Insights dashboard Ability to capture and share notes related to improvement opportunities directly. Notes have pre-filled contextual information including a tag referring to an improvement opportunity for quick sharing. View all the actions taken on improvement opportunities, such as notes, CIMs, automation requests, and saved filter sets. On a focused Project metrics dashboard, tracks a project's efficiency (average duration for completion) over time through a trend line and the distribution of records against the time taken for process completion through a histogram. Process Mining graph enhancements From a particular node, view the statistics of all records arriving from a previous stage and all the records going to the next stage, which enables you to identify the immediate inflow and outflow of records without having to adjust the arc and node sliders in a huge graph. Process Mining dashboard View the analysis of the inflow and outflow of records (work) by transforming a graph into a node star diagram for a node either separately or in a combined view. You can follow the filters on the dashboard in which it is configured. Transition filters are enabled on the dashboard to further drill down into a specific bottleneck on the graph. Ability to set project status to Draft, Published, and Retired Manage your project's status for a better data clean-up strategy by tracking project states. Projects are automatically retired based on inactivity unless you choose otherwise. Mining summary introduced After mining, view a summary that serves as a valuable tool for analyzing and understanding mining failures, which could include the definitions that ended with errors, didn’t match the rule criteria, or were out of the scope of the project. Dot.walk on activity definition introduced Increased the scope of process graph analysis by enabling dot-walked fields as an activity definition so you can analyze the status of a particular referenced field when a change occurs in the process . Introduced grouping multiple activities that changed Automatically update the values of dependent fields of a field that was changed in a project by setting the compound activity for the project. This capability means you no longer have to update the fields manually. Ability to mine archived data Apply process mining on archived data tables that are often moved from the main (active) table to enable query performance for huge data.
Xanadu	Process Mining evaluation version available Try sample mining and limited features on the Incident table without an entitlement so you can decide whether the advanced features are beneficial to your organization. Process Mining graph enhanced with perspectives Filter the Process Mining graph by the activity definitions you want to view at a particular time. Understanding the root cause of inefficiency made easier Generate a summary of all work notes to see the history of the inefficiency rather than having to read each individual work note separately. Configure finding definitions Configure and view automated and rule-based finding definitions efficiently using a comprehensive guided setup. Include additional use case analysis in a project automatically Set Approval analysis or SLA breach analysis automatically for applicable processes when creating a project so you don't need to make this selection manually. Variation analysis introduced in Summary and Insights page Analyze various routes the records in the process took based on parameters like mostly traversed, more steps, and so on. This information is accessible on the Summary and Insights page. Customize the outline of the process mining graph dashboard Customize the orientation of the outline of the process graph set for the current project workbench for nodes within the graph. For example, when using a vertically oriented widget, you might prefer the graph and star diagram to be displayed in a vertical layout rather than a horizontal one. Inflow and outflow analysis: node star diagram View the records for any node or arc from the map dashboard. Option to filter out incoming or outgoing arcs View only incoming or only outgoing arcs to see the inflow/outflow of work for a particular process with respect to other related processes on the graph.
