Vancouver	Boost your upgrade experience Confidently upgrade your instance by installing and using the ServiceNow® ATF Test Generator and Cloud Runner store app. Upgrade Monitor displays application status View the list of installed, upgraded, and failed applications in an upgrade on the Upgrade Monitor page. Added Reason field in the Upgrade History related lists Use the new Reason field to find out why a particular record has been moved to the Skipped Error disposition.
Washington DC	Managing upgrade risk Get notified of the possible conflicts that might result due to several customizations on a skipped metadata file, with a new UI message on the form pages of the metadata files. Previous Resolutions related list View the resolutions from previous upgrades for the selected skipped records using the Previous Resolutions related list.
Xanadu	UI messages to manage upgrade risk New UI messages were added to manage metadata records based on the severity of the files. Default skipped rules Reduce upgrade processing time with the new default skipped rules to auto-retain high-friction causing configuration metadata types.

Skip resolution enhancement Create rules based on your set conditions to auto-resolve the conflicts from your customizations after an upgrade. Those rules either execute automatically during an upgrade if no upgrade plan is used or can run on demand after an upgrade. Predicted skipped records card enhancements The Predicted skipped records card on the Upgrade Preview module has information about the rules implemented on the skipped records.
