Yokohama	Guided Setup Create additional tasks under Guided Setup using page macroponent as an app owner. You can also access and execute these tasks with an admin role. Add new steps to guided setups in progress during Playbook Experience.

Changes

Between your current release family and Yokohama, some changes were made to existing Adoption Services features.

Vancouver	Guided tours now compatible with Configurable Workspace Help train and onboard users within configurable workspaces using guided tours. Help Center now supports roles Deliver targeted Help Center content by defining roles required to view topics.
Washington DC	Guided setup Use the new Guided setup player process backend powered by the Playbooks. App development team admins that create Guided Setups for their products now have all capabilities that are part of the Playbooks. This change creates a similar Guided setup player experience with new visual enhancements. Create a guided setup Use the new capabilities offered with the Playbooks backend to define the activities that Playbooks can support in addition to the existing activities of the Guided Setup builder. For example, you could use Conditional Flow, which would be introduced in the Guided Setup flow.
Xanadu	[Placeholder link text to key guided-setup] Use the new Guided Setup player process backend powered by the Playbooks backend. App development team admins that create Guided Setups for their products now have all capabilities that are part of the Playbooks. This change creates a similar Guided Setup player experience with new visual enhancements to the UI. Create a guided setup Use the new capabilities offered with the Playbooks (PAD) backend to define the activities that PAD can support in addition to the existing activities of the Guided Setup builder. For example, you can use Conditional Flow, which would be introduced in the Guided Setup flow.
Yokohama	Guided Setup Assign and transfer Guided Setup tasks to relevant users, for execution. This capability requires admin roles. Set Guided Setup steps as mandatory by disabling the skip action. You can now run the Guided Setup player or builder multiple times. Select the multi-run feature while you’re configuring and executing the tasks multiple times. Help Center Navigate to What's New within the Help Center panel across all experiences, including Core UI. Starting in the Yokohama release, configuration support for this new feature is available in classic and custom pages. This feature isn’t supported for non-Polaris users. Embedded Help Import non-English content without overriding the last uploaded language content. Guided Tours Create, edit, or delete Guided Tours from any scoped application including ServiceNow AI Platform.
