Washington DC	Create resource card Create, navigate, and work on resource assignments among your custom persistent portfolios by creating resource cards. Filter unassigned tasks Efficiently work on resource assignments for priority items by filtering unassigned tasks. New iconography to view resource allocations and heatmap modals Get a high-level view of over-allocated resources using the resource allocation imbalance icon (). Identify the resources allocated within the available bandwidth with the resource allocations icon (). View the list of assigned tasks and allocations details for a resource using the heatmap modal. Reassign or unassign the assigned work Reassign or unassign resource allocations using the row context menu. Drag and drop the work assignments among the users with same planning attributes to reassign work. Export the resource portfolio view Export the resource card view as a CSV or Microsoft Excel and share them with relevant stakeholders, even if they don’t have access to your instance. Edit resource assignments using the inline editing feature Edit resource allocations using the inline editing feature in the top tray for the resource assignments which do not have actuals captured.
Xanadu	Resource Management Workspace View updates to any approved task by using the new iconography. Use the Group By feature to group resources on a board. Create a resource card in Resource Management Workspace Create resource cards in Resource Management Workspace to filter and view resources by primary attributes or project item of work. Use the Unassigned tasks toggle to create a custom filter and view the unassigned tasks in the bottom tray. Create resource assignments and operation resource assignments in Resource Management Workspace Resource Managers and Project Managers can directly create resource assignments and operational resource assignments from the resource board view to allocate, and approve the efforts. Manage unassigned and assigned tasks Assign the unassigned tasks from the bottom tray and approve the assigned tasks from the top tray. Split resource a assignment, Reassign or unassign the assigned tasks Split a resource assignment to create a duplicate assignment from a specific date. Resource managers can assign this split work to other resources with the same primary attributes. Reassign the assigned tasks from the primary resource to another resource who has the same primary attributes to manage the primary resource's work load, resource time offs, or to allocate operational work.
Yokohama	Using Resource Management Workspace View the Resource status, Remaining capacity, and Utilization columns to the allocation heatmap modal to help resource managers to view detailed insights and the total efforts for Approved and Pending tasks. Use the Total row in the heatmap modal to view the aggregate utilization for approved and pending tasks. Update the resource status and the efforts for child assignments using the new modal. Capture additional details required to the Project manager or Resource manager while creating a New Resource Assignment and New Operational Assignment using the following new fields. Name Ready for review Notes Access the assigned resource assignments or the parent resource assignment directly from the resource board view. Using Resource Management Workspace View and access the resource assignments from high-level to get an overview of all the resource assignments, based on their states, completion dates, start dates, resources with allocations over their capacity, and resources allocations within their available. Filter the resource board using the primary attributes and dates to build a custom view. Edit the dashboard further to manage the data representation view of existing widgets or add new elements to build the required widgets. Access the custom resource boards from dashboard using the interactive widgets to manage the allocations details. Edit the Start and End dates, Task efforts, and Resource status for assigned tasks in the top tray using the inline editing feature.

Collaborate with the task owner using the Microsoft Teams integration. Identify the resource allocation health using iconography. Reassign or unassign the assigned work of your resources. Create a resource board by filtering tasks to view assigned resources and manage their allocations based on the priority of the work. Split an assigned resource assignment to divide and assign the work to another resource to handle resource allocations. Yokohama	Access the new heatmap modal to view the resource status, remaining capacity, and utilization efforts of resource allocation. Use the Name, Notes, and Ready for review fields while creating a New Resource Assignment. Access the resource assignments and the parent resource assignment from the resource board. Use the interactive dashboard to create and manage widgets to access the required set of resource data in board view.
