Yokohama	Auto-close mentoring relationship a certain number of days after the due-date. Configure the number of days followed by a grace period to allow any final interactions before auto-closure. Store a Mentoring snapshot of all overlapping preferences at the time of the relationship acceptance by the mentor. Derive skills tagged to Mentoring Relationships based on the snapshot. As a mentee, view Match Insights with a particular Mentor to understand how well they are matched before choosing the Mentor. As a mentee, share mentoring preferences and timeline information with your manager that help in the validation of your skills. See Mentoring for more information.
