Activate the Journey Summarization for Managers skill in ServiceNow Otto for HRSD using the AI Admin Hub console. Managers use this generative AI skill to produce and view a summary of an employee's journey based on the information that appears on the Journey detail page.

## Before you begin

The ServiceNow Otto for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (sn_hr_gen_ai) plugin must be installed.  
This skill, driven by generative AI, produces a summary that managers can view to acquire the following information about an employee's journey:

* An overview of the journey
* Blockers that are impeding the journey's progress
* The next steps that should be taken to resume the journey's progress

Role required: \[sn_jny.admin\], \[sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin\]

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllNow Assist AdminSkills.  
   The AI Admin Hub console appears.
2. On the navigation panel, select EmployeeHRSD.  
   The ServiceNow Otto for HRSD skills appear.
3. Select Activate skill on the Journey Summarization for Managers card.
4. Use the guided setup to accept the default configurations for this skill or to configure the skill to your specifications.  
   During the guided setup, select Save and continue to navigate to the next page in the configuration process or Back to navigate to the previous page.
5. Select Activate on the final page of the guided setup to complete the configuration process.  
   A dialog box displays the following message: Journey Summarization for Managers is now active for HRSD!

  Managers can instantly summarize the information that appears on the Journey detail page to acquire an overview of an employee's journey. This summary also reflects the blockers that are impeding the journey's progress and the steps required to resume the journey's progress.
